Poignant Paths
For this assignment we had to separate colors in an image of a product. Our teacher told us it would be easier to pick an image of a kids toy for this assignment. Mostly because they usually have high contrast colors which are easily distinguishable from each other. I chose this lovely little water gun toy from Nerf. To show you where I laid my paths I filled all of them and placed them beside the original picture.
I was absent when this assignment was explained so the assignment I've made is based on what my peers told me.

As you can see I've made 5 different paths. The first gun is the one I downloaded from google, the second is a silhouette of the entirety of the product and the four colored pieces underneath are the paths I've made from all the different colors on the product. As you can see I grouped all the paths of the same color together to make one single path per color. The outlines behind the color paths are made by using the silhouette path, this is just for giving my readers a clear image of where the colors are placed on the original gun. They are not part of the color paths.
